By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery where available. Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery nationwide. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3 to 7 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Custom-cut or sale items are non-returnable. Obvec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
